This is Dawn’s new TV commercial showing precious little animals getting all cleaned up with Dawn dishwashing liquid. I asked for permission to feature the commercial here on Birder’s Lounge, and Proctor & Gamble agreed! I’ve watched this little gem many times already – and still counting. Remember, when it is time for you to purchase dishwashing liquid, look for the specially marked bottles of Dawn. Once you get home, just go to http://dawnsaveswildlife.com and activate your donation by entering the code on the bottle. It is easy, and $1 per bottle is donated to help IBRRC and similar rehab organizations do their good work.

What a great commercial and a great cause. I think most folks use dishwashing liquid and what an easy way to help with the rehab effort.

I also love the comercial,but I could like to see a way for the dollar from the sale of Dawn to get where it is needed without having to go online.There are so many people that do not know they have to log into the site to get the money donated.
I totally agree, Karen, and have said as much to the Dawn folks. I guess the world of marketing and donation strategies is more complex that we would like it to be. I just make sure that I tell all my friends and family about entering the code.
Maybe this comment will be seen by a few folks and help spread the word.
